So you are probably reading this article because you are interested in this supplement called crazybulk d-bal which replicates the effect of the dbol a.k.a dianabol steroid, and you are looking to build some quality muscle.

How it all started
How Let me tell you a bit about myself. My name is Tony and for years I struggled with building proper muscle mass. I wasn’t particularly a skinny guy to start off with, and so that meant that whenever I tried bulking I would end up either getting too buffed and fat at the same time (like that dude in the picture below), or just not big enough.
And don’t get me wrong.
I wasn’t a complete beginner either. I knew what I was doing. I was working my ass off at the gym, tracking my progress, eating well and getting adequate rest.
I was even counting calories, and calculating my macros, taking protein supplements, mass gainers and even considered taking steroids.
But my progress was just slow..and when I mean slow, it was really s-l-o-w…
Now, although these “natural” ways of building muscle DO work. At the end of the day, you have to go for what works best for you. It’s as simple as that.
Let me put it this way, building muscle and having that lean ripped look like this dude below:
Is NOT an easy task.
There are many variables involved, like your diet, workouts, sleep and how stressed you are. You see cortisol (the stress hormone) instructs your body to replenish more energy hence making you hungry.
Now what do we crave the most in those situations?
Chicken breast and broccoli??? You wish….you guessed it.. SUGAR! and we all know what Sugar does..
Still, you could be eating your grilled chicken breasts with broccoli and brown rice every meal, meeting your daily protein intake requirements, sweating your ass off at the gym, getting enough rest, and NOT getting the gains you deserve!
You then go on instagram and see how some of these huge dudes are posting picture of themselves looking massive, with ripped six packs and saying:
“Yeah bro, I went on a 3 month bulk and these are my results.. oh yeah..”.
And you think to yourself WTF??? After one year I barely see some results myself, and these dude is looking like that in only 3 months??
That dude, is either on steroids or perhaps just not stressed (right??).
You see not all of us have the time and effort to ensure every single aspect of our lives is sorted out. As I said before, bodybuilding is not an easy task, and we have so many other responsibilities to focus on everyday like school, work, the kids, the girlfriend and so on…
How many of us have the time to sit down everyday and go like:
- Daily groceries in stock – Check
- Prepare my healthy meals – Check
- Gym workout – Check
- Foam rolling after the gym – Check
- Make sure I got to bed at 10pm (even though I have so much work to catch up on, and need to finish my school homework) – Check
- Make sure I go to yoga class to relieve stress – Check
All that, plus other daily commitments you already have?
Unless you already retired, then I don’t think most of us have the time to go through all that everyday, and if we do, it’s not that much fun anyway.
Add that to the fact that, even if you are very disciplined and might be doing all of the above correctly, you might just be getting average results and progressing really slow like I was.
The RESULT: You give up.
You think this is too hard, and just not worth it. Plus it’s expensive to eat healthy, your girlfriend is having a go at you because you are so picky with what you eat, and all that effort you put in is just not worth it for the minimal results you are getting.
That’s where supplements can come in handy.
To be honest I wasn’t a huge fan of supplements before, let alone steroids.. because of what I’ve heard in the past about scams blah blah …not until I found this.
However, this golden nugget my friends, has made all the difference for me, and let me tell you that this is no magic pill, however, it did give me the results that I could only dream of before without having to take anabolic steroids.

Man, in less than 4 weeks I started seeing more gains than I had ever seen in the past year of training.
I got totally hooked!
At last I am on my way to getting that buff and lean look that I always wanted, and will be sharing my updates with you guys very soon.
Ever since I started seeing gains, my friends have started asking me what am I doing, and so I pointed them to this bad ass product.
